  • The program costs $9,000, payable in full. Payment terms may be discussed during the call with Coach Lee Povey.

  • The cost of the program includes two virtual group coaching sessions each month, monthly individual coaching sessions, a three-day retreat at Joshua Tree National Park, and individualized learning and development assignments tailored to your growth. Please note that travel expenses to and from the retreat are not included and will be your responsibility.

  • Yes, participants should be founders or CEOs of start-up/scale-up companies earning $20-100+ million annually. You should have a team of approximately 20+ people and be committed to growing your leadership skills and evolving as a leader.

  • To maintain the integrity of the program and your commitment, we do not offer a refund once your participation in the program has started.
